For those people who don't know what Anxiety is, I will give out a brief explanation right here right now. I would like to say sorry for not posting through out the weekend since I got really busy and didn't manage to post.
Anxiety is NOT a disease or illness, it's a physiological, psychological, and emotional state that results when we behave apprehensively.
This is caused by:
- Worrying
- Being Concerned
- Tension
- Being Stressed
- Fear
- Nervousness
And much more.
How can someone deal with this thing?
Here are some tips:
- Be patient
- Be an observer
- Trust your anxiety
- Trust Yourself
- Surrender
and much more.
My case:
Suffering from this in my life changed me a lot, it didn't get me anywhere I felt like I lost myself over night. The first time that happened to me in public was back in 2015 it all started with worrying then led me to a massive panic attack. Last year I had it all the time, it was causing me to panic a lot and not eat anything like I didn't eat for 3 days straight since I never felt good, then my weight got noticed which was that I lost a lot of weight and got underweight. Trusting myself needed to get involved in me and then I started back again to get who I really am in my life. Today I still suffer from Anxiety but it doesn't like effect me all the time, I get a panic attack only when I'm nervous, and most of the time I still worry since life is hard on us.
If you suffer from this speak up with someone get the help that you need never let it in and destroy your life.
