So lets talk about stress and how I handle it! Stress is something that everyone suffers from, am I right? But I still believe that woman, like me, suffer more of it, because some guys seem to be all relax and chilled with no stress than you see us panicking and stressing out. I mostly have stress when I'm at school, or when I'm doing assignments, I tend to have this thing where I want to be in silence in class but you know that can't happen when your class is kind of noisy. And when I'm doing my assignments, I still want to be in a quiet place to concentrate, and I can't have that cause I share a room with my sister, and sometimes I get stressed cause I would feel like I'm not going to finish it on time, so my head starts like throwing stuff at me like you're gonna fail, blah, blah, blah.
So how do I deal with that? On weekends I try not to work and just enjoy my time and rest my mind, and sometimes I would want to like go out have fun, visit a place and stay in the silence just looking at the view. So why this post now? Last weekend I got stressed out cause I wasn't finished with an assignment and so in the morning while I was waiting for a meeting I went to the Upper Barrakka Gardens, and stayed there on a bench for like an hour just enjoying the view and eating a sandwich.
